I’m a seasoned UX and Product Design leader focused on building UX Teams and scaling Design Operations across diverse industries leveraging design-thinking methodologies and user centered design principles. Together with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, I work across organizations and customer segments to research and uncover customer pain points that inform data-driven design decisions, leading to quick, intuitive solutions that grow the business.
For over 20 years, I’ve led multidisciplinary design teams in Startups and Fortune 500 companies, spearheading the UX Vision, Strategy, and Execution. I’ve delivered solutions across B2C, B2B, Enterprise, SaaS, Data Visualization, Desktop, Cloud, and Mobile. While the industry and technology platforms change, my focus remains the same: Creating simple, yet powerful solutions with intuitive human interfaces that empower, delight, and obfuscate the underlying technology to solve peoples’ needs.
